• Candle colour (if relevant)
• Personalisation details (message, names, etc.)
• Photograph (jpg or gif format only please) - if required
• Date required
• Contact details (e-mail or telephone no.)
• Preferred method of payment (cheque or Paypal*)

If we have any questions we will contact you.  Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days.

If you would like your order sent directly to the recipient please give us their name & address and a short message to include with the gift.
